Which terminal
Shire Inda Selassie Airport is a small airport with a small arrivals area. Finding each other is usually easy, but phone signal and Wi-Fi can be patchy, so agree the spot before they fly.
Where to wait
Put the exact spot in your Greet. Your guest sees it on their phone from the moment they land at SHC, even without signal.
- Just outside the arrivals door. At a small airport everyone comes out the same way.
- If you're driving, check where you're allowed to stop: small airports often have only a few short-stay spaces.
Passport control and timing
International arrivals go through passport control and customs before the arrivals hall. Domestic flights within Ethiopia are usually much quicker.
