Can't find your driver at the airport?
It's usually the wrong exit or bad timing. Both are fixable in a couple of minutes.

For passengers
- Check your booking for the meeting point and driver's number.
- Message or call with the exit number you're at.
- Stand still, look for your name, and give it ten minutes.
For drivers
- Send a Greet link with your photo, car and exact meeting point.
- Wait for I've landed and Collecting my bags before walking in.
- Hold up the name board when they tap I'm ready.
Why it keeps happening
Drivers wait at one door, passengers come out of another, and phones die or have no signal. A shared pickup page with a fixed meeting point removes most of it.
