Before the day

  • Flight number and arrival terminal.
  • Passenger's phone number and language.
  • Meeting point with exit and landmark.
  • Your photo and, if driving, your car and plate.

On the day

  • Check the flight before leaving.
  • Tell them you're on your way.
  • Wait for landed and bags before going in.
  • Board up when they're ready.

Afterwards

Confirm you've met. If you run pickups every week, save your details once so each new Greet takes a minute.

What should I send the passenger?

One link with everything in it: who, where, the car and a way to call.

Can I manage several pickups?

Yes. Your Greets list shows each one and its status.
