Where to meet at arrivals.

Pick a spot that's easy to describe, easy to see from the doors and quiet enough to stand still.

Type their name, pick a colour, and hold it up at Arrivals. Or turn it into a live Greet so they can find you and make it flash.

Good meeting points

  • A numbered exit or door.
  • A café or shop sign that's visible from the doors.
  • The information desk.
  • A specific pillar or meeting-point sign, if the airport has one.

Bad meeting points

  • 'Arrivals', with no detail.
  • The barrier itself, where everyone crowds.
  • Outside at the kerb, where cars can't stop for long.

Write it down once

Put the meeting point in the Greet and it's on their screen the whole time, even with no signal.
